At The Fashion People, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we apologize if you’re not. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges or returns, provided the following conditions are met.
Rules
All requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 10 days from the date of your invoice for orders within Kenya, and within 20 days for international orders. For local deliveries, you can exchange items at any of our boutiques in Kenya or through our online portal at https://thefashionpeople.co.ke. All return requests, both local and international, must be submitted strictly online via https://thefashionpeople.co.ke.
Interpretation and Definitions
The term "local deliveries" refers to orders shipped within Kenya. "Overseas orders" are those delivered outside of Kenya. The "invoice date" is the date when your order was confirmed and billed. Exchanges for local deliveries can be done at our boutiques or online, but all returns (local and international) must be processed through our online portal.
